I am a stay at home mother to 3. My son Ryan is 18, my daughter Kaitlin is 12, and my daughter Alana will be 8 in a few weeks. I live for my children. They are my world. I am not only bipolar but I also suffer severely with chronic daily migraine headaches. I can't seem to find medications for either problem that work for any length of time.

welcome to DS and bipolar world. I too am a mom of 3, stay home(if only I could stay at home) or better yet non paid person. My oldest has a disability so I'm always going. hope things are good for you

Close Bipolar Disorder
I was diagnosed with bipolar in 1999. It's been a tough road. I seem to be stuck in a deep depression right now and am just looking for a little support.
Treatments
- Abilify Working / Worked
- worked but had side effects such as not being able to sit still.
- Depakote Somewhat Helpful
- caused me to lose my hair.
- Lamictal Working / Worked
- currently taking.
- Risperdal Working / Worked
- worked for awhile but stopped being effective.
- Seroquel Working / Worked
- worked for awhile but stopped being effective.
- Topamax Working / Worked
- worked for awhile but stopped being effective.
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- Took but started having dreams of dying so I stopped.
- Zyprexa Working / Worked
- currently taking.
