A chest exray just found a 6.7cm emphysema sack in my right lung.
I have not had a cigarette in 5 days since. How bad is it ?

I had a chest x-ray about a week ago and a 6.7cm emphysema sack was found in my right lung. I have not smoked one cigarette since, but how bad is that ? will I die of this sooner or later anyway ?
