"I want to purchase a copy of RAR for you. I will contact Matt about it, so don't be concerned about that. As for the demon dogs who ate the journaling....well, all I can say is maybe they will get indigestion and spend one horrible night heaving up paper. But you know what? Even a journal can be replaced, and it can be therapeutic. Remember how writing and re-writing...reading and re-reading, all of that is a way of reducing the sting of the trauma in the words...you follow me? You can get a huge kick in the rear to start the newest phase of re-writes. I read your journal as well, about the therapy session, and you use an analogy about chemotherapy. You stopped short on the analogy. Follow that thought all the way through...journal that. Compare how therapy and chemotherapy are alike, because they really are.

I explained the concept of cells being killed, how chemo can't tell the difference in a healthy cell, and a cancerous cell, so it kills them all in the effort of allowing for the birth of new, healthy cells. But, before the healthy cells are set into place, the body is at it's most vulnerable. The immune system is ravaged, and the body must be protected during that time. Therapy is no different. The ugliness of what we live is laid bare, and we are at our most vulnerable. Our minds race and we seem to regress and re-attach to old painful beliefs. Protect yourself now Kardy. In the sense of not making hasty decisions, and not acting out of hurt or misunderstanding. Make sure your therapist knows how vulnerable this session left you feeling. Talk to him about those feelings. journal about those feelings. Ask him why he pushed you so hard when he could see how painful it was for you. And when he answers, ask him more questions if you don't understand. Hang on and journal. Journal all of this pain, and keep that journal in a drawer. I feel terrible about this, but you are one strong girl, and you can weather this storm."

Did you get this idea from 'the dog ate my homework?'...you need to look into this issue of what you have done...sorry doesn't do it...but you getting help for yourself would go a long way in making things right...get some help. There is no shame in seeking professional help..the only shame is if you don't.

Referring to your status....Not soon enough...I mean how long can it take to just leave? All you have to do is not pull this up, nobody cares a whole lot right now. Oh...and thanks for the change to horrible face....it suits you soooooo much better! Oh and here's an idea for you...write this whole mess out for your drama coach and surely you will never have anything but lead roles from here on out...Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction comes to mind.

  • mockingbird12 (11/15/09)

I'm sorry I believed to the point that it left my heart open for this kind of pain. I see you sitting there laughing at all this mess you caused. I don't envision you feeling upset...I don't envision you feeling the depth of the pain you brought here to sprinke amongst us. If you have a heart at all....put whatever you had to 'chat' about in a message...write it out without me having to interact. Tell me why...tell me how...

Oh and now that I think of it...if you have any decency in your entire body you will send Brandy the money that she paid you for that artwork.
