About Me
I, am married have suffered with sever anxiety for years now. I tke medication it helps somewhat. I would like to talk with other people who also suffer from an anxiety disorder and panic. I also lost my only child in 2003 and I, am still grieving. And the anxiety especially early in the morning has really been sever. No one I know has this disorder so they just don, t understand what I, am talking about, so that is why I joined a support group on the Internet to talk to people who will understand.

My bother killed himself in 2001 at 42, I will never stop missing him, never. Over time I have had a great relationship with him, thru the Spirit, and it's so much better he can't talk back. ;-) Hugs

Type: Loss of a ChildI lost my only daughter 6yrs.10months ago and I still think of her and how horrible she died it has left me empty inside and very sad. her husband died 4yrs. before my daughter. My only child no grandkids no one to share the holidays any more with Each day gets a little better but tthat emptyness will always be there.

- looking at her picture thinking of all the things she missed ( she was 41) died of Lupus thinking how our own relationship was not good.

- reading is ok but confusing at times especially reading the religious books they seem so unreal to me.

- you can,t help remembering it is such a sad experience. It changes your life forever.

- I was lucky I had my sister to talk to and my friends but it was my sister who was there for me and my husband.

- I thinking talk was the most important for me.but I still have to deal with her death and try my best to be positive it has been almost 7years but I still feel sad.
