Hi thanks for the hug i enjoyed watching my dvds the other day, sometimes rest is good, how have you beenthis week and are you still getting blurred vision?,sometimes colour therapy, and visualization exercises can help reduce anxiety, dontknow if you have tried any of them ....best wishes Karl.
HI! I have been on Lexapro for almost 6 weeks now. This is the first time that I have ever been on a prescription med to address anxiety. I just want to let you know that Lexapro is working for me. It does not completely alleviate anxiety. For me, it just makes life more manageable and enjoyable. I am less prone to seeing things through an "anxiety filter" if that makes sense. I think it would be a great med to use in conjunction with therapy - although I have not yet tried this! I think Lexapro helps me to function more effectively at work as well. How does it make me feel? More calm, sort of warm/fuzzy at times.
The side effects have been minimal for me.
Good luck!

aww yeah i been on it almost 2 weeks the first week was the hardest for me.. I felt nauseous. Some other things but what kinda things do u experience with anxiety?
Because I have had anxiety my whole life - 26 years - and I'm finally choosing to do something about it. And I will need support because it is scary and unlike anything else I've ever experienced.
As a child, my mother was told I would grow out of my scoliosis. This is inaccurate, it only gets worse if left untreated, so here I am 26 years old trying to fix a 38 degree curve.
