  hi marianella, i was in the same position as you 12 weeks ago. i understand how you feel-the first shot was definitely the hardest. the beginning of tx was very different for me than i expected. my side effects were much more emotional than physical. now i don't feel that bad! i take st. john's wort -which i think is really helping. ask questions and come here for support-you are not alone. things are different for each person-i hope it is not too hard for you. good luck. vikki
