I was diagnosed at age 31 on 5/1/2009. I had surgery to remove the tumor and 1/45 lymph nodes had cancer. Doing 12 rounds of 5FU every other week and have a pack for 48 hours.

Thanks... Ask your doc about Cal/Mag drips before and after your treatments. It is proven to help. Both of my Oncs agreed. One from Stanford and one from SF Cal/Pac.
Went for a hike with them today. Well, they took me. : ) Not so bad if I don t ice them.
I think that was really making them worse.

Diagnosed with colon cancer on 5/1/09 at the age of 31. Anemia was my symptom. Had the mass removed and 45 lymph nodes. One LN had cancer in it. Just finished round 7 of 12 of chemo. No radiation.
