Ray of Sunshine
Just wanted to send a little sunshine your way and let you know that I have been thinking about you and your daughter. I have been dealing with people around me getting the swine flu and other flus and am worried about me getting it so i hope your daughter pulls through. I am sure she will. IT is hard to realize when you have a different kind of sickness when you have ptc because it takes over your body soo much. HOpe things are going well.

My daughter has had ptc since last April (diagnosed after a month in hospital in July 2008. Now finally, the ns wants to put in a VP shunt...I am very nervous about this and was looking for positive reinforcement !!
Treatments
- Synarel Working / Worked
- Not to scare anyone, but my daughter took synarel to treat endomytriosis for 11 months, and developed psuedotumor cerebri. She was in the hospital month of July 2008, and doctors took her off this spray, concluding that this likely caused a hormonal and fluid imbalance in her system. She is now going to get a vp shunt to manage the spinal fluid.
