Close Depression
I've had Scoliosis (curvature of the spine) since I was a child. I was already experiencing mild to moderate pain and discomfort in my early 30's and seeing a chiropractor, when I fell from a second-story balcony in 2006. Then I had acute (see also: horrific) pain and became over the course of the next 7 months became bedridden to the left side of my body only. Becoming disabled and going bankrupt have made me HATE the American health care system, but not nearly as much as how I've been treated by the doctors, nurses and insurance companies in it. God forbid, I moved to another state and couldn't find a new pain specialist and suffered from prolonged narcotic withdrawal practically of 2009, even AFTER I found a new pain specialist who low-dosed me. I nearly died.
Treatments
- Fentanyl Working / Worked
- I became opiate tolerant if youd call it that when I couldnt find a doctor and went into narcotic withdrawal. Even when I found a doctor he didnt look at my previous medication levels for 3 months and simply lowdosed me as if I were a new patient so I continued being ill. When I finally diagnosed my own symptoms as narcotic withdrawal and demanded for it end immediately the Fentanyl patch is what did it. ONLY the Watson generic brand works for me NOT the Mylan brand.
