Hi.. I have had Osteoarthritis since I was in my late 20's I am now 52.It is in my hands and my knees. My fingers are getting the bumps on my first knuckles worst on my right hand and index and middle finger. Painfull, Stiff and swelling.All the females in my family suffer from this. Anyway, hope to try to be a support for others suffering from this.

Open Restless Legs Syndrome
I have RLS not confirmed by a doctor, but I know what it is. Trying to sleep and legs get tingling sensations wanting to move and it cant be ignored.. just makes it worse.. I would go do some stretching or walking but that didnt help much. Im not on any meds for this and I dont want any..lol I declined once on joining this group because I have so many other problems..lol But decided I could learn more about this from all of you.
