      I'm 28yrs old, divorced, now dating my ex-husband. lol... I work and work out. Thats my life. I love it! I initially joined for feed back for a few supplements I was interested in. Now though I have changed my reason for visiting this site. I started going to the divorced site (infidelity in a relationship) There I was really able to sort my feelings out and deal with my sadness. Thus dating again :) I have a huge passion for fitness. So I now have joined the fitness goals group and I love to help others with their problems or stumps they are trying to get past! I'm glad to be here and hope that I can help someone in their time of need just like many did for me. :)

      Thanks...I do really need time! I did try to keep myself busy previous few weeks, but I don't know...I got tired and just wanted to stay home and watch TV thesedays. But, I think it is better for me to get out there. I will keep trying!

      A blast but dont lose weight doing it
      Climbing Working / Worked
      A blast but didn't lose weight doing it

      Elliptical Trainer Working / Worked
      It works. takes stress of knees and helps with the heart.

      Love to change scenery!

      Love it!!!! But didn't use weight doing it

      A blast but never lost weight doing it
      Personal Trainer Somewhat Helpful
      PT are helpful if you don't know your way around a gym but they tend to put you on a program and never change it. My body personally works well when my muscles are constantly shocked with new workouts. thats why I love crossfit
      Pilates Working / Worked
      I like yoga-lates but pilates is good. after or before a workout, I never used it just for fitness
      Rollerblading Working / Worked
      great for legs and butt.. love it
      Running Working / Worked
      I hate running but get great results overall. Plus I love to run for charity so its a win win
      Slim-Fast Working / Worked
      I workout to much and couldn't follow, didn't give me enough calories.

      Love it. As lost as you know what you are doing.

      the gym is endless! As long as you set goals know exercises and change it up this is a great way to get what you want.

      I personally haven't used it but know people who have and everyone has had a success!
