Close Diverticulitis

In July I didn't know what the problem was, I just knew that I wasn't having BM's like I normally do. When the pains began I went to see the GI doctor, who told me that the problem could be stress, my under-active thyroid, or my fibroids. It wasn't until the CAT Scan last week that I was diagnosed with Diverticulitis (which I just found out my sister has). I feel miserable because I don't know what's safe to eat (recovering form a flare-up now).

Makes me nauseous, bad aftertaste.
