I am on my 5th month after losing my 49 year old husband, of 31 years of marriage. Some things are getting better - the crying has almost stopped - still have episodes when I don't expect them. I still miss him terribly. But the good memories help. I am also hoping and praying for a life again. Life with him is all I have known, but I am trying to figure out who I am without him. People tell me that it gets better - We need to hold on to that. Good luck and God Bless you!
