Good Week

This has been a pretty good week. At least after the homework was turned in Monday and the stress test came back normal.

Close Panic Attacks
I have begun to have panic attacks. Sometimes it's simply anxiety or the feeling that I just want to cry all of a sudden. But recently I've had feelings in my chest. Feels more like a soreness. Well because of that I've had 3 serious panic attacks. I don't know if there is an issue therefore causing the attacks or if the panic attacks are causing the symptoms. All I know is it terrifies me and just sucks!
Treatments
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Xanax Somewhat Helpful
- It helps but I try not to take it unless really needed.
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- Helps with my depression.
