  I have been waiting for my anti-depressants, and I was sent faast acting meds not extended release. De-toxing my house refers to cleasing it with anti-negativity oils and sage bundles. A sage smug should be done monthly. Just light the bundle and go throughout the house, starting at the room fartherest away from the front door. Smudge all the corners and floors... then, end at the front door. One steps outside the door and smudges/smokes out the doorway, then smudge oneself. Re-enter the house and feel the removal of toxins that can build up in one's body.

  Good morning, here's your Sunday hug. I woke and feel the virus or whatever it was is gone. Thank God! I am back to the regular pain, the regular feeling awful but that I can handle. Done it for many years now. It is so good that extra misery causing thing has vanished and I tell you I feel like myself again. I see your status and the green smiling face. This is good Steve. I am happy for you. Peace, love and tons of hope to you. : )

  I am facing a great deal right now. Facing the wrath of grief. With the recent loss of my stepfather, and the abandonment of my daughter, who ran to her father's house, I am grim about the holidays. We always had tradititions that came along with holiday preparations. My daughter is excluded. It is a dark time. Even the meds that I get from mail order pharmacy are late... The one that was sent is the wrong medication. I'm really shakey being without meds.
  
  But, your notes of inspiration are welcomed and greatly appreciated, like see a rainbow just after a torrent of rain. I send you a rainbow of blessings. A rainbow of thanks. A rainbow representing how good you make me feel.
  
  A friend I have told me to focus on the fact that my daughter is a GOOD kid. She's a straight A student, and she strays from those that do wrong. In that, I can feel that I have done a good job raising her. Now, everything is up to God and the Universe.
  My therapist doesn't have a clue about Universal intervention. She looks at me like I am off the wall when I mention Angel Therapy. Not all understand the new age concept.
  
  I work with the angels and Archangels.
  I see you as an Earth Angel. Take pride in that. You aid others when the need is present.
  
  I have to de-toxify my house. It will take a lot of work. The work is much needed.
  
  I have the skills to make changes. We all do. We have God within us...

  That sounds good. I am extra tired and cranky today. Been cranky for a few days and do not know why. Odd, I say. And major GI problems last two nights and bad sore throat, sore tongue and some shortness of breath. I don't like this. I don't see my doc until 12/9. Take care and be good.

  Here's a little Arizona sunshine for your trip. Come on down, that would be fun to have one of my friends actually here in person. I just read your letter and thank you for all your kind words. Naptime so will try to reply later. I am really glad you feel better and I'll bet it's the new med too. That would be awesome to have finally find the med that works so well for you.   Hey dude, how's today? I hope you are well. I have been more on and off the computer today, trying to help my feet from too much edema and saw Mary out on the patio in the porch swing so went outside and it's so nice. I am so, so glad I am in the hot desert for the winter. Please write when you can. Peace, joy and hope to you. : )
