Married 30 years 2 sons 2 grandsons. Diagnoised first with myofacial pain syndrome in 1988 a year later Fibromyalgia, now RLS, Autoimmune Pancreatitis, Dry Eye Syndrome, Siatica, Syncope, TMJ, bulging disc with nerve root exposed, no surgery only pills a total of 9 different ones not including supplements. Sorry exercises does not work for me, the internet has been my best resource for information.
