  Thought tyes dr was this am nope its 4pm. So hes lookin for a shooting range to test his sights on the muzzelloader, none around!
  Im getting ready to head out for my walk today. Going tomarrow too on the bridge...

  I'm suddenly not doing too well, my lower back is causing me a lot of pain, and I went to a chiro, he helped a bit but it's going to be a while to heal. I put on biofreeze and I think that made it worse, started having jerks and spams, hardly got any good sleep

  Darling, we are just under 60 degrees and have been having a nice Indian Summer for the past few dayz... Don't think it will last long, and don't worry about me overdoing in... I'm planting by the Dump Pots Onto Bulbs method... ROTFL!!! xoxoxo Cj

  Hmmm... Is it all ophlamologists??? He was happy that my optic nerves looked ok and my field of vision test were fine... Hmmm... He still wants me back in 6 months, and emphasized to call him with any problems... Honestly, he seemed a bit concerned and I left feeling happy that I have a doctor who cares!
  
  Anyway, I was wearing my new glasses though I don't wear them all the time--mainly for reading... He thought that was fine... I also expressed that I am NOT happy with Walmart's glasses--I have worn glasses since 18 and their seem to scratch far too easily... I have a pair I wore for 6 years that are not nearly as bad as my last WM ones... who knows?
  
  Off to clean the chickie coop and plant bulbs... A DS friend sent me a ton of them! xoxoxo Cj

  A man wonders if having sex on the Sabbath is a sin because he is not sure if sex is work or play. So he goes to a Priest and asks for his opinion on this question.
  
  After consulting the Bible, the Priest says, " My son, after an exhaustive search, I am positive that sex is work and is therefore not permitted on Sundays."
  
  
  
  The man thinks: " What does a priest know about sex?" So he goes to a Minister, who after all is a married man and experienced in this matter. He queries the Minister and receives the same reply. Sex is work and therefore not for the Sabbath! Not pleased with the reply, he seeks out the ultimate authority: a man of thousands of years tradition and knowledge. Rabbi. The Rabbi ponders the question, then states, " My son, sex is definitely play." The man replies, "Rabbi, how can you be so sure when so many others tell me sex is work?"
  
  The Rabbi softly speaks, "If sex were work, my wife would have the maid do it

  Today 3rd day going to the bridge and walking. Feel good. Exhausted after but good. Reading today. A laid back day of sorts. No jury duty this week so tomarrow is Dr appt and Im going to explain behavior.
  I did something unusal for me. I called the dentist!
  I called and told them about 1 tooth in front that the gums I apparently brush too hard. They will just look at it for me next week and tell me if I need a small filling or skin graft or just a softer toothbrush. It doesnt hurt. Just dont want to lose the tooth later.
  Decided no h1n1. I can go help as I am a CERTS member and they need volunteers but I cannot get sick. So many are not getting them since so new and deaths anyway. I never knew of all the deaths yearly from flu!
  Im thinkin that 103.9 fever I had was h1n1 back then!
  I just know I hate Friday 13th and if I get the shot I know in my gut I will be in the hospital friday ... i just am not going to get it even if they would give me for ms. I could get it for helping. but have changed my mind not going to get h1n1.
  
  Tomarrow after Dr appt for him, I need to figure out what to take gma for her bday. Want to run there tomarrow, but no clue what to get her. Have cards and a word search.
  Im looking forward to wed nt CMT awards show!!!
  tonight I watched a webcast with Oprah, Anderson cooper and an auther Father Uwem Akpan. He wrote a book Say your one of them. Its a shocking eye opening book. like 4 or 5 mini stories in 1 book. Go to oprah.com tomarrow and you can download the webcast.

  My Bob Green Diet book came in the mail today. Im busy reading my 11 library books now. Done with 5 of them today. Not going to buy them all, will just jot down the recipies I like. they are mostly holiday and a few deer.
  I had been buying alibris books online for all the books I rented from library. Runnin out of room lol.
  
  I have a stack of magazines I need to go thru too.
  I am saving them for the colder days ahead. In the 60' days Im trying to walk and be outside a bit.
  Sunday hit 77 here! Who knows ...
  That hurricane Ida omg.. They had said it could become a noreastern for the east cost.... hoping nj..lol
  
  Well, only 1 house. They say that the towns there Im referring to, will be underwater again one day......
