Hi, Molehands. I am totally where you're at right now, so I can empathize with you. I'm undergoing tests in a week at Cleveland Clinic. The doctor is suspecting acromegaly. I'm wondering, can you tell me, you said your had your urine cortisol checked was it? I had that done, too, quite a while ago (I've been sick for about three years), and it always comes back high, but the doctor said he didn't know what that meant. Do you have any idea what they're looking for in that? Did the doctor explain what your tests should show if normal?
Again, I'm so sorry you're where you are, and I understand the stress. Please know you're on my heart.

Had my first endo appointment - probably not much different to yours. Except in addition to being told I don't look acrogmegalic, I was told the reason I am growing is because I am fat! LOVELY... not. Anyway check my journal for more info. I am getting tests done, which is ultimately what I wanted, so not a total downer.

Just stopping by. Hope you are feeling a little better than when you wrote your journal entry. I am still the same - been fighting some virus/cold thing this week and that set my TN off, which was NOT appreciated LOL. Am trying to keep my spirits up, but some days I am finding that really hard... I hate being negative but I can feel it seeping out of me... along with the sweat haha!

I'm currently awaiting blood results and endo appointment. After reading many papers and personal stories I feel I may have found the answer to all my issues. Don't want to have it but everything would make sense......x
