About Me
43 year-old female who lost my memory after about 40 shock treatments that never treated a depression. I have sinced overcome the depression on my own. I am an RN who really can not practice in many settings due to memory loss. I love comedy, my daughter, and life before amnesia. I have a great boyfriend and live with my daughter alone. There are so many things I would like to do with my life, but my memory of learning new information only lasts about 24 to 36 hours.

Close Amnesia
I was in a major depression and had around 40 shock treatments that never worked. I have been told I signed consent forms, but do not understand how they are legal when you are not in touch with reality. I have been able to recover from depression (about 90%) by investigation of medications and many other activities. I pretty much do not want to speak to my family anymore because they have no clue what I have to do to get through a day having chronic amnesia,and could never do it themselves.
