Looking for ways to relieve my anxiety through education and support. Having a Defribulator being put in n ext week. Want to help other with heart failure problems.

Close Heart Failure
Very actve adulthood but wrong lifestyle as far as eating drinking and non exercise. Perfect candidate for problems. Had an angiogram that showed four blockages. Had a bypass in May then got an infection in the incision. Was in the hospital 23 days. Heart ejection fraction at 30-35% thus being recommened for defribulator. Have Diabetes and on comudin which makes it hard to manage food intake. Need support and information on how to survive this.

- Helps keep fluid off. No side effects
