Well.... its a long one! first time i remember doing anything intentional harm full was when i was around the age of 7 or 8 i would bash my wrists on the corners of desks, and scrap my knuckles on brick walls... it developed over time, to pins, then to scratching my skin til it came off, this was the point when i found out was SI was i was about 12 it developed from there, to treatment to hospitals... to "getting better" to being here at 19 pretending im all sewn up again...
I'm not a survivor of war... i have survived things some quite horrible things...but not war, War was all my shrink mentioned all the way through talking me through PTSD... It has meant however that i get bad panic attacks, flash backs, nightmares/terrors, anxiety, need i go on.... A lot of things have happened, which means a lot of things to deal with one by one.
This mgiht sounds silly, but everything seems to get me stressed, and i am not very good at dealing with it... i also am in an enviroment in my area of study that is very stressful and would like to hear others ideas on healthy ways to cope =]
