Close Anxiety
I tend to overanalyse things, worry so much about how everything will be. Try to work out all the angles so I can't be made a fool of.
Open Sleep Apnea
I have sleep aponea. While this doesn't affect me so much, it's so bad (in addition to my snoring) that my girlfriend will sometimes go and sleep on the sofa.
Open Physical & Emotional Abuse
My father was a teacher who couldn't control his classes so he took it out on me and my brother.
Treatments
- Talking Working / Worked
- therapy was good although I wasn't really ready for it
