Close Infertility, Secondary

We conceived our first child on our first round of Clomid. She was carried to term and is now a healthy, thriving 3-year-old. We have been TTC our second child for nearly two years and have tried 4 rounds of Clomid, and 3 rounds of Letrozole, two of those with IUI. I have had a normal HSG, and my husband has a normal SA. We have "unexplained secondary infertility."

Treatments

Basal Thermometer Working / Worked

Works just fine. Shows temperature elevation post-ovulation and temp drop with onset of menses.

Clomid Working / Worked

Successful conception of first child on Clomid. Have used 4 times since, with positive ovulation, one biochemical pregnancy, and no further pregnancy. No noticeable side effects.

Femara Somewhat Helpful

Used 3 times. Has produced successful ovulation. No noticeable side effects.

Ovulation Predictor Kit Working / Worked

Prefer to only use the ClearBlue Easy Digital Read ovulation tests. They work the best.
