Close Food Addiction

For what ever reason I have been unable to stop binge eating. I have tried everything and always return to food for everything. Funny part is I didn't even realize I couldn't stop until a few months ago. Now I am looking for a support people who understand to help me through this.

when I see my therapist consistantly it works. what I like about it is she reminds me and gives me a weekly goal that I have to report to her the following week.
