i've been self harming for 15 years, since i was 11 and could really use some help
Treatments
- Outpatient Treatment Program Somewhat Helpful
- worked while i attended but i have slipped time and time again after it
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- very good psychologist she's really helping but early days
- Squeezing Ice Somewhat Helpful
- took the edge of slightly but not completely
