About Me
I’m a single mom to a wonderful 3 year old boy, Miles. He is the light in my life and every day with him makes the sun shine even brighter.I was diagnosed with ovarian Mucinous adenocarcinoma on 7/2/09 and am trying to find ways to cope with it. All of this has happened so fast that I'm still trying to find my footing. I'm fighting this cancer with all my heart and strongly believe things will turn out fantastic in the end.

My son, everything is about my boy. I do love traveling, photography, art, gardening, writing, old cars, swiming, spending time with my family and friends. Love talking to and meeting new people. I love to cook and bake. Believe it or not I love to work..I'm good at it. I guess I am really open to a lot of things and am interested in more than I can write here!

Thanks, my friend. I am more tired this week for some reason but maybe it is that I am doing more. I am glad that you are feeling better. Hopefully a year from now we will be in remission forever. How are you managing with your son, work and all? Do you have help?

Close Ovarian Cancer
I've been diagnoised with ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma stage 1c. My first chemo cycle was today 9/23/09. I am pretty sleepy on and off but I am feeling great so far!
