Need to change the way I eat.
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- No gluten, avoiding lactose but can now have citrus!
- Dairy-Free Diet Too Soon to Tell
- Gradually adding back after stopping gluten. Curious to know which dairy foods are easiest on system.
- Gluten Free Diet Working / Worked
- Hard getting enough fiber! I can now have citrus though.
Open Anxiety
Multiple unexpected illness are causing anxiety episodes not handled by medication.
Open Colds & Flu
Chronic sinus infections, bronchitis. Fear of getting sick again.
Open Chronic Pain
Ongoing shoulder pain.
Open Sleep Apnea
CPAP isn't working because of nasal problems and claustrophobia.
Treatments
- CPAP Not Working
- Severe claustrophobia, not able to breathe because of sinus issues. Tongue is too big and falls back closing off airway. Have to resolve this asap.
Open Arthritis
Trying to find info on Shoulder Impingement Syndrome.
