About Me

I am a 33 year old mother of six who was just diagnosed with Bipolar last week. I also have OCD and mild depression. Looking back I would say I have been sick for about 10 years. I hit rock bottom last week when I had decided I was going to kill myself when the kids left for school. I had it planned down even to the towels I would wrap myself in to minimize the blood splatter. I was admitted to a psychiatric treatment program where I spent a week on medication trial and adjustment and learned coping techniques. I am just looking to learn and grow with knowledge about my disease.
