I am a 23 year old woman who has been married for 3 years. We have an almost 2 year old daughter. Before I was a mom I worked as a CNA for 3 years. I loved my job and my residents until I found out I was pregnant for the 5th time. I quit to be able to carry my daughter. When I went in to deliver her 4 weeks early the hospital swabbed my nose for a test they were running at the time for MRSA. 2 days later I tested positive for it. I enjoy gardening, music, meditation, and making things.

Close MRSA
I was diagnosed with MRSA almost 3 years ago. I have been able to treat my MRSA at home for the last year using a few herbs able to be found at a health food store. I am here for support in the daily struggle of having outbreaks and being contagious.
Treatments
- Bactrim DS Working / Worked
- It worked alright the first 4 times. I haven't used it since then
- Hibiclens Not Working
- Hibiclens did not work for me. I still had outbreaks and I still got my husband sick.
- Washing Somewhat Helpful
- It helps a little with my outbreaks, but I am still contagious.
Close Interstitial Cystitis (IC)
Treatments
- Bladder Instillation Somewhat Helpful
- Very painful during the treatments and it seemed to reduce the pain for about a year and then I had my daughter and now I am back to square 2...at least I am not at square 1
- Valerian Working / Worked
- It works quite well but I am up to 500mg.
