Close Fibromyalgia
I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 6 years ago. I have a wonderful support system with family & friends,( 2 family members with fibro, & 2 friends with fibro), but I appreciate any info & support in regards to my condition.
Treatments
- Aqua Therapy Working / Worked
- It warms & relaxes my muscles. I have a regular bathtub. Standing under a warm shower helps too. I've become sensitive to hot water.
- Cyclobenzaprine Somewhat Helpful
- It worked for awhile, until my body became accustomed to it.
- Heat Working / Worked
- Warms & relaxes me. I have to keep it on the lowest setting, otherwise it brings on a hotflash. (smile)
- Ultram Somewhat Helpful
- I tried it for a year. I went back to Naproxin.
