      I have been pulling at my hair for almost 10 years now. It is off and on. I"m at the point now where it is not noticble to others because I can cover the short hairs with my longer hair. I'm going through a lot of stress now and noticed myself pulling more. I fear it will get worse.

      Treatments

      Lamictal Working / Worked
      I have taken several medications over the years for depression. Some lessen the urge to pull but the medication has always been used to treat the depression not the hair pulling as much. I suppose at times it has helped with the frequency but the urge is still there.
