About Me
I turned 40 years old this year. I got a new car, new motorcycle, and a new job. My life is wonderful in many areas but I just can't seem to get a handle on losing weight. On September 17, 2009 I went for my consultation appointment after being on the waiting list for 7 years. Two years ago I lost 63 pounds on my own by eating healthy and exercising. Now I have gained back more than half of it. I am more sure than ever that wls is the tool I need for long term success.

I’m With You
THANK YOU for offering your support. It is nice to know that I am not the only one out the that feels the way I do. I also love my life, although it is hard at times I don't want to continue living it from the sidelines. I am a great person and good friend. I am a wonderful mother of three and I am always trying to help other no matter the personal cost to myself. The only person I don't take care of is me. I know that with support I will reach my goals.

I had a road legal quad for a few years, unfortunatley I do not trust drivers here in the UK when your on 2 wheels... So I played with a toy compared to your awesome beast.... Im in envy lol.
As for being new, well.
Write a post on the discussion board and introduce yourself, im sure everyone will want to meet and greet you....
Your be so glad you found this site... its awesome.. and theirs a few in Canada so your not alone.....

Close Gastric Bypass Surgery
I am desperately trying to find some people to talk to about this surgery. I have a list of questions for the doctor and an even bigger list for people who have had the surgery already but I have NOBODY to ask. I need help. My consultation is in 2 days!!
