i am very sad today??? I dont know why dont really feel like depression just very bad saddness could cry at any minute wish i could get more sleep …

im 32 have 2 kids and a bf that is great but i get depressed alot and need help getting threw it.. my father sexually abused me from age 13 to 17 thats when i moved out my mom knew about it but wouldnt stop it or leave him...any way i get very bad depresion and just need a friend from time to time to talk to
