i suffer with ocd and anxiety, and have done for many years. I currently work in a call centre for the local water authority, not the best, but pays pretty well. Tried many medications, trying a new course now, hope they work.

Treatments
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- i did not het as much out of it as i wanted.
