So good to hear back from you and glad things have gone well! You have no idea how much you made my day with your Hug. It means a lot to me. Oh and I think you should go for it, visiting for Christmas! There's nothing like family for the holidays. :-) Keep up the emailing (with your daughter). I would really enjoy to continue to exchange stories/advice on these kinds of relationships with family. I think I just made a new friend...!

Close Depression
My adult daughter is suffering from some kind of depression - she had a major breakdown and swallowed sleeping pills and alcohol and then called a friend to come get her. She does not seem to want to talk about this with me and seems to be pushing me away. we have always had a wonderful close relationship but this seems to be failing now. I need advice on how to help her without being too overbearing. I want her to talk to me so that I can help her and go through whatever issues she may have. I just love her so very much.
