  Kayaem,
  I'm so sorry to hear of your ordeal. It is outrageous that you are not on strong opioid pain relievers, especially after surgery. Isn't it amazing how cavalier and uncaring these "medical professionals" can be? Take a witness to your next appointment and do not leave without a pain plan in place. Hospital ERs generally don't give pain meds. They are very jaded about drug abuse and they don't know you. They will screw 10 people who need it to "save" 1 person who doesn't. If your docs don't help quick, find one who will. Do you have means to travel? Are you covered in the USA? If so, send me a private email.

  Hang in there and please do not do anything rash. Call a suicide hotline if you need to. We are also here for you at DS. I'd advise marijuana for the neuropathy, but not until the pain meds are issued because they will probably make you pee in a cup.

  Hi Kayaem, I'm sorry to hear your in soooo much pain sweetie =o( I hope everything goes well this next week. I have chronic pain and was bed ridden for 3 months prior to surgery and even though I'm not bed ridden any more I'm still in pain every day and can hardly walk. I am 38 and I was told to file for disability since there is no cure for me. Keep your chin up!! I know its easier said than done. Like everyone is saying to you...Talk with your Dr and dont leave ANYTHING out. You are your own advocate and I know they passed you off for a long time but you seem like a very strong woman!!!!!....If you need to vent or just chat I'm a great listener.
