Been going through the same thing myself the past week. Finally decided last night that I needed to give myself a kick in the butt and start doing something to save myself. So I'm trying to keep the negative thoughts out, do things that make me happy, and keep track of all the good things that happen to me today. Still been crying a bit, but it's helping.
