Hi! I have an 8 yr old son that is very adhd. We dont give him prescription meds anylonger but did for 2 yrs. We are on our eighth day of an organic diet. Last week we also started him on Focus and Brightspark, some natural remedies we ordered online. I can give you the specifics of the diet if you want them.

- Metadate Not Working
- only made my son tired. Stopped taking it after a few weeks.
- Strattera Working / Worked
- my son has been on this for two months now and I notice a huge difference in his attention/focus and ability to calm down and listen!
- Tenex Somewhat Helpful
- also made my son very tired, even w/ 1/2 a dose; calmed him slightly, stopped taking after a couple of months
