Diagnosed bipolar for 5 years now. On meds and my depression has been semi-managed. However, my therapist thinks I also have ADD which is now a double whammy. So I recently started taking meds for that and my depression has now returned. I have been really down since beginning to take the depression meds so I am hoping to find people who understand me here.
