Try to be a good person. love family and have lots of friends. love sports esp. football! & other activities as well. A-fib has caused me great bouts with anxiety since being diagnosed. i am only 25 so its been hard to deal with at times. but i am constantly looking for positive outlooks and have nothing but faith that i will overcome this trying time.

i have an irregular heartbeat known as atrial fibrilation. im always thinking the worst about it, like heart attacks, strokes ect. I can turn any sypmtom into the worst possible scenario. . .
