Have complex PTSD from a childhood with a violent narcisissitic father. I heard only criticism and perfection was demanded and even that was not good enough. My PTSD comes out as social anxiety and agoraphobia. Mindful meditation and Acceptance hve healed most of the disorder. It has been slow but life is enjoyable again. I have come back again to see if I can help others out of this invisible prison
