- Gastric Bypass Surgery Somewhat Helpful
- had 2Xs didnt loose but 40 lbs first time.gained all back and then some. second time lost same lbs. still off. can still eat as much as i want of certain foods.
- Physical Exercise Not Working
- never kept up the routine
Open Smoking Addiction & Recovery
Ive been smoking for 30yrs. I quit 6yrs ago for about 3yrs then started back up when I started dating a smoker. Funny, he was attracted to me cuz I didnt smoke! Anyway he is gone and ai want to quit again. Im taking wellbrutrin. It helped me before and Im praying for it to help again. I have 1/2 a carton left and plan to quit when theyre gone. Gotta get ready mentaly ya know? Id appreciate any suggestions. Thanx. Anyone want to quit with me?
