  the fatigue is overwhelming, some days are worse than others. i take nuvigil 250mg, it helps some. i just had bloodwork done and i have an underactive thyroid so that adds to my already overwhelming fatigue! the dr. doesn't want to start thyroid meds until later this month when she repeats the bloodwork. it's hard not to be frustrated and beat yourself up over it i know. just do what you can and realize you just can't do all the things you use to but savor the times you can. feel better.
