About Me
Lost husband of 16 years in Jan. 2008. Met special friend in Dec 2008 (thru Hospice Grief Support group sessions)......found him dead August 25, 2009 (CHF/ or massive heart attack).......have been lost ever since. I truly miss both of them......they were both my soul mates... we had that special connection/bond. Mother of 4 grown children and 8 grandchildren. 3 step-children from my husband and 4 step grandchildren on his side of the family.

Interests
Traveling, fishing, jewelry.....I'm a collector of costume jewelry, cooking, E-Baying, listening to music, country and easy listening ( but since 2nd soul mate died.....I can't listen to too much music lately), gardening, crafts, walking in the woods... along the beach. Gatherings with friends and family. Joined a gym to get out and exercise....can't wait for it to open. AND, I love my computer. I helped my last friend with his genealogy and put it on a powerpoint presentation...only for him to die before he watched all of it. He's buried with a copy on a thumbdrive......probably have more interest but mind is blank right now........haha!! don't get old!!

I am ignoring yhe holidays. Christmas Day will 5 months that he is gone and 12/19 was his birthday So a very sad few weeks ahead, I refused the Christmas stamps at the post office today. The clerk asked me how my husband was. I had to tell her, I had not seen her since June and she knew he was having the botched heart surgery, I hate to even respond when people who did not know he passed ask how he is. I am glad you are planning a post Christmas getaway will probably be great to have a change of scenery. Take care.

Lost husband in January 2008..... then found someone thru Hospice Grief Support group.....he was my companion till I found him dead Aug. 25, 2009.....grieving for both!!
Treatments
- Grief Counseling Not Working
- worked at a local hospital for 14 years then worked for 5 years at a local Counseling non profit agency when my husband got sick. Then I retired. Worked part time for 2 local psychologist. Quit 2 weeks before companion picked up his boat so we could go fishing. I found him dead Aug 25, 2009.....never put boat in the water.

- admitted to hospital with massive gi bleed given11 units of blood 56 feet of colon removed......have only about 5 ....life changing surgery.
