  Hello. I read your post on Depression forum and I would just like to say hello and that I'm thinking about you. Depression can be very isolating and sometimes it's nice to know there are people out there who understand you. I hope you feel better, and remember that depression is an illness just like any other. It's good to try and make time for yourself in the day to make sure you're taken care of. I know that's much easier said than done, especially in the situation it sounds like you're in as a caregiver. You seem like a true and honest good person to look out for your family like that. Know that you are doing good work and you have support here.
