About Me
I am a 39 year old, married female with one daughter age 2. I have suffered with OCD all of my life with symptoms worsening in my late 20's. Currently I mostly suffer from contamination obsessions but in the past have also experienced violent/sexual obsessions. I have a master's degree in psychiatric social work and work in the mental health field as a group and individual therapist. I currently do not have a therapist but I have a really good psychiatrist who is in the process of referring me to someone who specializes in CBT.
