  Hi, think I can give you some coping tips and lots of support. At one point I was in ICU and in a coma. At first terrified, now have figured out how to minimize risk.

  My daughter, age 34, gets anxiety with her allergies, because her milk sensitivity can be at a very serious level. (spelling foggy today-blame allergies or Alzheimers, take your pick :-)). I do better if I pick one simple task or sharing to do, and pat myself on back for getting that much accomplished :-).

  I am there with you. I have terrible seasonal allergies. My husband shares the same level of danger that you do. His doctors just agree when he says "This is going to kill me some day." I'm so glad you take as good of care of yourself that you do.
