    • Close Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML)

      My husband has AML and cannot get chemo. He had chemo for atypical CLL almost 3 years ago and now he has AML and at 67 and in poor health, he is not a candidate for chemo. The doctors felt that he would not make it out of the hospital , so he is on blood and platelets only and at home.
