Diagnosed with CFS in 2007 although subsequent blood tests show an endocrinological problem. I have low cortisol, androgens and HGH. I have a great fondness for cats, like the country and walking although I do not have much stamina at the moment!Life goes just too darned quickly.

oh no jen.what infection do you have.hope you will be ok.k is feeling a lot better thanks,she still has a temp,cant seem to get it down.got a call this morn from gails mum,scott has come down ill today aswell.just before he went to bed his temp was just above 39,not good hay.we will just have to see how he goes.trouble is he has an exam on mon so we are hoping and praying he will be ok.anyway jen hope you feel better real soon.sending you big hugs and a lot of love.have a peacefull weekend,love always anthea xx

Sorry to hear you have a chest infection, I get those now and then too.
I've been trying to keep busy with the gardening, it's our planting season here now. I always seem to be grieving over someone lately, so I just keep going slow and steady and try not to think of my cares and woes. The weather is nicer now, not so oppressive. Take care of yourself.-

Thank you.. I am going to close that journal.. I wanted to get it off my chest, put it out there where it isnt a secret anymore.
I know its because its coming up to that time of year, which i am sure is what all this emotion is about, but for it to affect my sons openly is very unusual. Yes you are right. I am dealing with it in the way I know how. I havent been anywhere.. so darn tired.. thank you again Jen, you are a very astute lady. hugs.

Close Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Diagnosed with CFS in 2007 although subsequent blood tests have shown endocrinological problems.Just need to communicate with ppl who understand and can maybe provide some advice.
Close Addison's Disease
I have failed 2 synacthen (ACTH stim) tests and now have low Growth hormone, low DHEA and low testosterone. Awaiting a further result and then referring to a different endo for a second opinion on June 18th 2008!Back for further tests re low testosterone on 25 October 2008. Confirmation received today that adrenals are not producing androgens.
