I haven't update my journal in a couple of weeks, so . . . I'm still on amantadine and clonidine for my treatment, and am still pain free! I visit my pcp next Tuesday and am interested in what his take is going to be on this. Doesn't really matter that much though, because I'm not changing anything. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
I got my H1N1 vaccine today. Feel just fine from it. The seasonal flu vaccine is not available in my area right now. Most people got theirs earlier, but my dr likes for me to wait until at least November so it will last throughout the entire flu season.
I've done something every day this week. Monday, went to Murray to hear Ty sing with the Quad-State Choir. Tuesday, worked. Wednesay, got hair color done and was able to connect with a friend I hadn't seen since high school (35 years). It was so nice to catch up with her and reconnect. Today, I went to Kennett and got my shot and did a litttle housework in the morning.
Next week will be tough. Meeting on Monday, three hours on the road and three hour meeting. That probably doesn't sound like much to most people, but it will exhaust me. Then Tuesday I've got a drs appt, and I have to work on Wednesday. Thursday will probably have to be a down day. Oh well, even though I still spend a lot of time in the recliner, life is good! I have a lot to be thankful for, not just on Thanksgiving, but every day! Thank you, Lord.
